SKIN & FACE: Including cancer, cosmetic surgery, and rehabilitation of facial paralysis and fractures of the facial bones.
NOSE: Including allergy, sinus infection, breathing, nose bleeds, tumors, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and disorders of taste and smell.
EARS: Including balance disorders, infections, tumors, repair of external ear deformities, hearing testing and treatment of hearing loss by surgery or hearing aids.
MOUTH: Including diseases and tumors of the mouth, tongue and oral cavity.
THROAT & VOICE BOX: Including swallowing and breathing problems, infections, snoring, sleep apnea, tumors, birth defects, speech and voice diagnostics and therapy.
NECK: Including tumors of the thyroid and parathyroid glands, saliva-producing glands and other neck tumors.

Surgery: reconstructive surgery of the head and neck (including cancer surgery), nose and sinus surgery, snoring surgery and ear surgery.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

PRIVACY: Your privacy is a priority. We follow strict federal and state guidelines to maintain the confidentiality of your medical information.

EMERGENCY COVERAGE: We have 24 hour physician coverage for our patients 7 days a week. (508) 791-6305 or (800) 234-2353.

PAYMENT POLICY: While we will gladly bill your insurance company, in an effort to hold down healthcare costs, we ask that all fees, co-payments and deductibles be paid at the time of service.

APPOINTMENTS: Call for an appointment. You can also e-mail us and we will call you to make an appointment. If you have a primary care physician or are part of an HMO or managed care plan, please make sure you have a referral from your primary care physician. We will send you written confirmation of your appointment (time permitting) along with a pre-registration form. Bringing this form already filled out to your first appointment will expedite the processing before your appointment.

OUR OFFICES ARE CLOSED ON: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
